I think it has a lactose content. If you feel gas problems after drinking this powder with a protein shake, don't mix it with milk and try water. Because I get gas problems after taking this with milk, I changed to water, and it's fine now. But if you don't have a gas problem like me, take it with milk. Taste-wise, mixing with milk is good. Water taste is also good, but some don't like that because it is not thicker than milk. This is my review. Quality are good and after drinking this i feel some energy thats all❤️

Umm it did cause me bloating and cheap protein .. the taste was metallic with water but it was good with milk . It has sugar added in it. So I discontinued after 2 weeks.
