Just the right size with 7 ports. also like the fact that the usb ports are facing up. much easier to make the connections. works with my external hard drives, no problems.

Basic "outlet strip" for USB devices
I needed to hook up a bunch of USB drives to my Mac mini as I use them for archiving data. This hub offers lots of ports to plug these in and seemed to be working fine with the three drives I've attached so far. I wasn't too concerned about speed, I just didn't want to have to swap cables around because I was out of ports.

Great product!
This compact 7-port hub works beautifully, allowing me to move between flash drives quickly and effortlessly. It is sturdy and has a long enough cord that I can easily tuck it behind my laptop. Loving it!

No Long Works... No wait, I does work well...
Updated Review: The hub DOES work! I had written before that the hub stopped working after a few months, but I recently found out that that I was pulling too much power through the hub and it was shutting down. The hub actually has a small USB-C port on the end to plug in a USB-C cable (plugging it into a USB-C port on the computer) and it supplies all the power needed to run all 7 ports at one time. I only wish they had made that clear in the original description, because I didn't know to look for the port, thus I am reducing the 5-star rating down to 4-stars.

Anzahl und Art der Anschlüsse: Der Hub bietet insgesamt 7 USB 3.0-Anschlüsse, was für mich perfekt ist, um mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig zu verbinden. Ob Maus, Tastatur, externe Festplatte oder Smartphone – alles wird problemlos erkannt und funktioniert einwandfrei. Kompatibilität: Der Hub ist Plug and Play, was bedeutet, dass ich ihn einfach an meinen Laptop anschließen konnte und sofort alle Geräte einsatzbereit waren. Es gab keinerlei Probleme mit der Erkennung der angeschlossenen Hardware, egal ob unter Windows oder macOS. Datenübertragungsgeschwindigkeit: Die Übertragungsraten sind beeindruckend.
