How much string comes with the kite?

Not much, what I used and it works great is a real heavy fish line. Kite comes aprox 100ft, which isn't nearly enough, I used 300 ft and the kite works much better.

A string with loop is already inserted in two grommets. What do I do with it and how do I attach long string?

try to tie the string to the first loop at the top of the kite it seems to work just fine for me.
