The TV pic quality and sound quality is good. After 2 years there are lines all over the screen. Called Kodak customer service, no live person comes on the phone and the call gets disconnected after u select the required IVR option. Tried connecting over WHATSAPP, the bot will stop giving options after sometime. No use buying a product when after sales service is not good. I have other TVs at home which are as old as 12 years and not a single problem till date. Very disappointed.

The experience I have had with this company in under a month is genuinely very scary and disappointing. ​Core Issues & Timeline ​I purchased the Kodak 50-inch LED TV. Within the first ten days of receiving the product, two permanent black lines appeared on the screen. ​Complaint Process Failure: I registered a complaint through Amazon, and it was raised two times. On both occasions, after a delay of 5 to 7 days, the complaint was marked as "Resolved" by the manufacturing company's side without any confirmation or resolution from me, the user. ​Zero Service Response: After sending two or three follow-up emails, I finally received a reply, but as of today, October 9, 2025, no one has visited, checked the TV, or even called to offer assistance. ​Lack of Infrastructure: The company appears to have no functioning service center and no reliable customer care number for effective support. ​Warning and Conclusion ​I strongly caution consumers against purchasing cheap products.
