Anycubic after sales support is non existent
The product arrived faulty - the LCD screen had failed. Anycubic support utterly useless. Approached them via the Chinese website. Was told the UK Amazon support team would get in touch. They did not. Then attempted to complete the 'product support' link on the Amazon order system. It is impossible to submit problems by that method because the drop down menus critical to the submission do not work hence complaints cannot be sent! Ludicrous. I have two other Anycubic M7 printers but have lost faith in the company. When those printers fail I will go to Elegoo.

My older machines outperform the M7
Despite its rapid printing speed, this printer presents a significant drawback due to its excessive noise and subpar print quality. In comparison, my M3 Max and X2 printers deliver superior results & outperform the M7. The auto-levelling function results in inconsistent prints, where the same model may produce different outcomes, with some prints exhibiting faults. I'm considering returning the machine for an older model.

Waste of money
Worked for about a week. What it doesn’t say is the amount of items you need to replace regularly. The FEP in the resin vat is only good for about 10 prints and it’s £50 to replace it. You can get cheap ones but they only last for one print. Also it takes ages to change. Screen protector is another expense. I’ve changed all of these and it still doesn’t work! Save your money Resolved the above issue. The resin vat kept on lifting during printing. The prints were excellent. 4 months and it has now stopped working. The LCD screen has failed.

Issues within a month
I have had this unit only a month and I want to return it as I’ve already had 2 issues from the bed lifting to something appearing to be growing under my uv screen.

Broke on the 2nd print attempt
Managed 1 print and then kept trying to ram the plate through the screen. No amount of levelling or z axis adjustments would stop the behaviour... Really disappointed as the 1 print it did do, was brilliant.
