Great alternative to a door alarm to help with eloping
A great door chime. I utilize this door chime to alert when my son opens his bedroom door. This is much less jarring than a door alarm and helps me rest easier knowing he won’t slip out of his room and elope without me knowing. There are a lot of chimes/songs to choose from and the adjustable volume is a great feature as well. Setup was easy and straightforward and from box to install took me less than five min. Highly recommend if you are looking for a door alarm or doorbell.

Two Years of Solid Work - Then It Quietly Retired
This is my second time buying this little door chime, and honestly? No regrets. I have it on the front door of my shop and the first one lasted almost two years betore it randomly stopped working. I even swapped out the battery, thinking maybe that was it. Never figured out why. But for what I paid. Whatever. Installation took me literally 90 seconds peeled the tape, stuck the sensor on the door frame, plugged the receiver into an outlet near the register. That's it. No screws, no pairing dance.

Love, highly recommend
I love it, I can now hear from anywhere in house when someone comes in and out. Also a safety precaution for a toddler that learned to unlock the door, another was for me to make sure he doesn't walk randomly!

Works intermittently. After adding much larger magnet works all the time.
Works intermittently. I purchased it to know if my patio screen door is opened. Sometimes it doesn’t chime when it opens and chimes when it closes, other times not at all. Works correctly aboit 80% of the time.Updated review.I added a much larger magnet than the one supplied. The chime NOW works all the time. Please see photo. Would give this item 5 stars if the magnet was the correct size to begin with.
