I've purchased plus2 on 10th july. It's a super product in this range. So bright virant and user friendly. I'm watching this in my semi lighted room and in day time also. The sound is decent andclear. This is the brightest product in this range. The picture quality is excellent. The customer service is very helpful to register my warranty.

I contacted Amazon technical support regarding the issues and requested a return. I was informed that only a replacement was available. However, I do not want a replacement because I have lost confidence in this product. What disappointed me even more was that Amazon support advised me to contact the XElectron team directly for further assistance. As a customer who purchased the product through Amazon, I expected better support and a clearer resolution process. This experience has reduced my trust not only in the product but also in the after-sales support provided for it. The quality of projection was very good. Even when the lights are on, images were visible. Design looks sturdy. Automatic focus, vertical and horizontal adjustment of the screen is very helpful and easy to do. It easily pairs with external bluetooth speaker and the wifi connects is also smooth. Overall I feel its worth the money paid. This review is based on the initial usage. We have to see how it performs in the long run.

Excellent projector with around 2000 ANSI lumens, performs surprisingly well even during daytime viewing. The picture clarity is sharp, and features like auto focus and smart Android interface make it very easy to use. The built-in sound is decent, but for a better experience, it’s recommended to connect an external sound system.
