One of the best probiotics in town. One suffering from stomach upset or having bowl movements should take this on a daily basis. You’ll notice the changes in your body very quickly.

Easy to swallow capsule, ticks all the boxes, doesn't contain fillers like many other supplements and it contains a high dose of CFU which is helpful when you are having gut issues. I started taking these over a year ago due to health issues and possible internal candida issues due to very low gut bacteria levels after having tests results come back. It did take a few weeks to notice a difference, but it's changed my life and I'm now no longer having issues like I did last year. No more doctor visits and I've got a much better quality of life. I wish I could buy more of these but sadly unavailable at the moment. Luckily I have a backup but I can't wait to purchase more.
