We recommend measuring the amount of food you wish to feed your dog, although 1oz is consistent with two tablespoons of product.

Is this okay to feed 8 week old puppy?

I would not feed it to an 8 week old puppy. It is a good product but it is extremely high in protein and if a dog gets too much protein it can cause convulsions. This happened with my 8 year old lab.  If you want to feed it I recommend that you be very cautious, only give a 1/2 inch piece once a day, and watch your dog carefully for any signs of convulsions such as drooling or slobbering.
