Surprisingly good
Overnight delivery (Bengaluru). Installation same day, (within 8 hours of delivery - a pleasant surprise). Very efficient, responsive and polite customer service. Very good quality and taste of water. The total cost of this solution is actually less than the annual cost of our previous water purifier which had a really poor service and relatively poorer taste. The other brands can learn from this company. Thanks and please keep it up.

Good Budget Option, but RO Performance Needs Improvement
This product is a cost-effective and economical choice, especially for households using municipal water. For its price range, it performs reasonably well and can be considered a practical option for basic water purification needs. However, when it comes to RO filtration performance and water taste, the results are only average. In areas with high TDS levels (around 800–1200 ppm), the purifier reduces TDS to approximately 160 ppm, which is acceptable but not excellent. The overall taste of the purified water is fair and could be improved. In summary: Pros: Affordable, suitable for municipal water, decent basic performance Cons: Moderate RO filtration quality, average taste output If the manufacturer improves the RO membrane quality and filtration efficiency, this product has strong potential to become a top-selling model.
