My last Samsonite bag lasted me 25+ years, much of that as a road warrior. It was ratty, but it endured...until the wheels fell off (literally).I decided to stick with the brand that served me well and am very pleased with this purchase.Samsonite is still making quality and I believe a good value for the price. "You receive what you pay for."The bag arrived on a timely basis, it great shape, in original packaging, i.e. no refurb. It was just as advertised.I highly recommend the product and the seller.

I like how light it is. The wheels and handle work well. It is a little smaller than my previous luggage but has pleanty of room for a week trip.

I bought this for the size and durability but have found I like the removable pouches more than I thought I would. It makes it easy to unpack and tuck the suitcase away at your destination and keep all small things contained.

Lots of space and good quality.

Need this bag for a shorter type long weekend get away. Works great. Seems durable and looks good.

Rating would be zero if allowed for this suitcase. Absolute bummer and could have derailed entire trip. This was a Christmas gift, so by the time we planned to use it (Feb. 20), the Amazon return period was over. No assistance from Amazon beyond contact manufacturer. The suitcase was packed and loaded into car for three-week trip. First use of handle it would not retract. Worked on it for a while, researched options, and asked hotel for help which they provided. Knowledgeable handy man worked on it for almost an hour, partially dismantling, using WD-40, and his tools to break to jam of the fully extended handle. Despite his efforts, it would not budge.We've purchased Samsonite products for many years and NEVER had a problem. 10 pm the night before a 24-hour flight was not a good time to find an unsolvable issue. The only good news is that we could go home, 30-minute drive, and change bags, repack, and continue. Amazon rep sympathetic, but not their problem. Samsonite does not make complaints easy. We will follow-up now that we are home. Warranty should cover, but of course, they add fees to resolve what appears to be their manufacturing error.

We found exactly what we were looking for in this suitcase. It is light-weight, has 4 wheels and is very well-made and sturdy.

Arrived just as advertised. Looking forward to getting many uses out of it.
