So far, pretty good.
I have been on these for over a month.Pros: My skin is not as dry, especially my cuticles; I have more energy, hardly any afternoon naps; and my hair stylist says my hair appears to be thicker.Cons: I HATE taking them as they are huge and have an earthy taste. I take them with something other than water, like juice, to deal with the taste.I have not had any blood work done yet so not sure about that.

Be aware! I spoke to a representative of Bright Naturals about whether they advertise or sell on other platforms besides their website and they said they do not. The supplements sold on Amazon that claim to be Bright.Naturals are not, based on what I was told. Their scent is different. The supplements sold from the legitimate Bright Naturals have a grassy herbal type of scent and the thyroid renew sold on Amazon has a vinegar smell. I also did not feel well while taking them but i felt fine when i was taking the supplements bought from their official website.
