I like that this is seperated into one (1) oz. Packets and you can open to use only what you want or need. It's actually a pretty good cheese and it has a very good chedder flavor for a squeeze cheese because most packet cheese has that kinda gritty or a little bit odd flavor, where this one in my opinion really doesn't have that slightly off or strange texture it just tastes like smooth chedder cheese as a paste not a liquid bottle cheese flavor or texture. I used to like the Government or child military welfare cheese as a kid my mother had to get welfare food in the 60s because of vietnam and my father wasn't around so she got child help or whatever it was called, anyway they had the best cheese oh man it was like velveeta block cheese but 1000 times better it was just blocks of great cheddar cheese.

I first had this cheese back in 2008 when a hurricane destroyed our house and they have these out to us who lost everything. This is the greatest cheese of all time, nothing compares to it. Mine came fast and it’s in perfect shape! I just have to try not to eat it too fast since it’s kinda pricey. Will be ordering more.

Having used emergency MRE's in my car for years, I've had occasion to eat them when on road trips or camping. When I discovered the cheese pouches, they swiftly became my favorite part. Something about the added vitamins makes me crave these salty little cheese bombs. The intense flavors means that a little bit goes a long way, allowing one small pouch to flavor many crackers, (or a couple of bagels). I was pleased to find the bag of MRE cheese pouches on Amazon, and will happily order more when my supply runs out.

Great spread to have in case of an emergency. It taste just like c-rats or mre cheese spread.

This is much like Cheese Whiz or Easy Cheese. It has a good flavor and is great to have in your camping or emergency supplies.

I remembered these from back when and was looking forward to it on crackers with coffee. It arrived quickly. Then...I opened a pack. It was very stiff. Not at all like I remembered but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. So.. I smeared it as best I could on crackers and popped one in my mouth. To my credit, I didn't spit it out. Offered some to the cats. They rushed up, took a sniff and stormed off insulted. I attempted to contact the seller and got a canned reply that said this item is non-returnable. It's stiff, bitter and old tasting. Can't find an expiration date but I think it's passed it. Wish I could have spoken with someone. I seriously do NOT recommend buying this muck.

My husband is former military and he loves this cheese. I buy it as soon as he runs low and it’s always great quality.

I expected it to taste amazing based on other reviews here, but just found it average/so-so. Taste similar to Cheeze Whiz, just a bit blander. Given this, I feel price should be 50-75% lower
