300. Need I Say More?
I've tried quite a few different brands of pimple patches (ZitSticka, Mighty Patch, COSRX, Daolyo, BIORICA, Avarelle, etc.), and I think these are one of the best options in terms of quantity and price. I'll rank all the brands I have tried from best to worst just in case anyone wants to try others. So far, I would rank them like so: #1: ZitSticka Goo Getter Hydrocolloid Patch for BODY ZITS (~$14 for 9 square patches) These are by far the best I've tried, but unfortunately also the most expensive, so I really only use them on those big, angry, painful pimples I fear might leave a scar. These patches have prevented a lot of scars for me, so I try not to waste them on whiteheads or smaller pimples. They grip well but are also kind of thick, so just keep that in mind. Unfortunately, they've now changed the formula for their REGULAR pimple patches (ZitSticka Goo Getter Pimple Patches (~$15 for 36 patches)). Those used to be my go-to, but the last time I purchased them, the packaging was hot pink instead of the original white and pastel pink. The one in the hot pink packaging didn't work for me at all. I recommend you purchase their BODY PATCHESโthose still come in the original white and pastel pink packaging. It says they're for your body, but I just cut them into smaller squares and use them on my face. I've stopped using the regular ones in the hot pink packaging altogether. They contain Tea Tree Oil and Salicylic Acid like most other pimple patches, but they ALSO contain Vitamin C and Niacinamide, which are great for hyperpigmentation. #2: ROSELYNBOUTIQUE Pimple Patches Effective Blemish Control (~$9 for 300 patches) I was quite impressed by these, to be honest. I didn't expect them to work, but they actually hold their own in comparison to more expensive brands. They work a tiny bit slower (which I expected), but they've helped flatten quite a few of my pimples. I use ZitSticka for the really problematic pimples, and these for the pimples that aren't AS bad but still need to be drained. They do have a herbal-y scent, but I don't mind it. Unfortunately, this brand's patches sometimes sell out, so make sure to have a backup brand. They contain Tea Tree Oil, Salicylic Acid, and Cica. Did I mention there's 300 of them though? #3: Daolyo Pimple Patches (~$10 (~$7 on sale) for 300 patches) These are basically the same as the ROSELYNBOUTIQUE ones. They're just a tiny bit cheaper and a tiny bit worse. I prefer the former, but those are sometimes sold out, and these are oftentimes on sale, so I buy these just so I'll have a huge stash. These also have a faint herbal-y scent. They're discreet, but they DO sometimes fall off in my sleepโespecially the ones I put on my chin. They contain Tea Tree Oil, Salicylic Acid and Calendula Oil. #4: BIORICA (~$10 for 216 patches) I tried these patches for a couple months, but they weren't really doing it for me, so I've since found some cheaper alternatives (see above). These are worth a try if you have sensitive skin, as they don't contain any Salicylic Acid or Calendula Oil. Unfortunately, IMO, they're not as effective as other brands. They loosen up and fall off once they absorb a lot of moisture (granted, I do cut them into smaller pieces, so that might be on me), and they turn into a sticky mess if I leave them on too long. Still, everyone's skin is different, so they're definitely worth a try. They come with a pimple popper tool, and their packaging is by far THE CUTEST, so I'll miss that the most. They only contain Tea Tree Oil, as far as I could tell. #5: Avarelle (~$15 for 80 patches; ~$8 for 40 patches) These are probably the thinnest ones I've ever used. They were practically invisible. The adhesive is pretty average, so they're not the best, but they're also not the worst. They come in a variety of sizes, and some of them are HUGE, so if you cut them into smaller pieces, you'll get a ton more uses out of them. They're not worth the $15 IMO though, so I've now found some cheaper alternatives. They contain Tea Tree Oil, Calendula Oil and Cica. #6: Mighty Patch (~$13 for 36 patches) These work very well and have a decent hold, but they're also kind of expensive for the amount of patches they give you, so for just a few more dollars, I'd rather buy the ZitSticka ones since they work a lot better for me, and for a better price, I'd rather get the ROSELYNBOUTIQUE/Daolyo ones, since they come with 300 instead of 36. Case in point, I don't use these anymore, but they're a good option. Also, the only ingredient I could find was Hydrocolloid. #7: COSRX (~$25 for 240 patches) These COSRX patches used to work well, and the brand itself is great, but I'm putting them dead last because the last batch I purchased left awful, red burn-like marks on my skin. I don't know if they've since fixed their formula, but it took me a very long time to heal the literal WOUNDS, so I would never use these again. $25 for the value pack is also wild. That's it for that! Additionally, I want to mention that the white stuff you see on the patches is not necessarily "gunk" from your pimple. It's really just the hydrocolloid reacting to moisture and forming a gel-like substance. Hydrocolloid patches are meant to absorb liquidโ*any* liquid. That's why they're used for blisters as well. This means you can literally put them under running water and they will all turn white. Still, they work well, but I think it's just a common misconception for people to think of the white stuff as pus lol it's not. I hope this has been helpful :)

Super effective
My favorite pimple patches. They reduce the size and the healing time for a breakout after just one use. I have used these for years and havenโt noticed any issues with using these. Great for sensitive and acne prone skin. They stick very well.

Easy to use
They worked very well. They even worked for my boyfriendโs back pimples that are very stubborn. They are easy to use and take off. They are worth the money in my opinion.

Love these patches! Purchased twice in the past couple of years
This 300-pack lasts FOREVER and the patches work very well. Love the range of sizes that come in the pack! I have blackhead-prone skin and they work for those and for popped pimples.

Effective Pimple Patches at a Great Price!
I bought these pimple patches as a budget-friendly option, and theyโve been surprisingly effective! The pack includes 300 patches in various sizes, making it easy to find the right fit for any blemish. They work well at absorbing impurities and reducing pimple size overnight. I appreciate the added tea tree oil scentโthough itโs a bit strong, it's refreshing. These patches adhere decently, though those with oily skin may need to cleanse thoroughly before applying to ensure they stay put. They arenโt completely translucent, so theyโre best for night use. Overall, a solid product for the price and an essential in my skincare routine!

Amazing!!!
These pimple patches work just as well and I may even say better than the mainstream ones. I love all the different sizes that it comes with, because then I'm not having to use a really big pimple patch for something that's small and I don't have to use a bunch of pimple patches to cover a big area. Overall, I absolutely love these pimple patches and I've been using them consistently ever since I tried them first. I 100% recommend these to anyone with acne!

Actually work
These are so good. I havenโt had pimple patches work great for me, they never stick and I donโt see much result. Decided to try these and they stick for whole night and really work!!!

Not 100% effective
Doesn't exactly work unless the spot is poked/open. I guess most of them don't, but these worked only on the spots that were obviously exposed.

Amazing product
Love them. They work really well for me. And they last a long time. Easy to use and they stay on your skin rather than falling off like others do.

Works fine, definitely contains unmentioned tea tree oil
Definitely less adhesive than other brands I've tried in this price range but will stay on as long as you make sure the skin is free of oil and dry before applying. They also smell very strongly of tea tree even though I couldn't see it mentioned anywhere on the packaging not a problem for me but something to be aware of if that's something you would rather avoid
