The Corsair SF1000 (2024) SFX Power Supply shipped incredibly fast and showed up the next day with Prime, which is always a great start. Right out of the box, Corsair’s attention to detail is obvious - excellent packaging and a premium feel throughout. Installation was straightforward, especially with the included SFX-to-ATX bracket, and it fit my L300 case perfectly. Compatibility was spot-on for a compact build, though it’s still smart to double-check cable lengths depending on your setup. Speaking of cables, there are plenty included, they’re nicely sleeved, and they make cable management clean and efficient. Performance-wise, this PSU delivers serious power with rock-solid stability. The 80 Plus Platinum efficiency and 105°C-rated Japanese capacitors translate into excellent reliability, even under heavy loads. The low noise level is another big win - the 92mm PWM fan stays quiet while keeping everything cool. Cybernetics rating this as one of the best SFX PSUs of all time definitely shows here. That said, I’d recommend waiting for deals around the $180 mark with coupons - t’s an absolute no-brainer at that price. Overall, this is a top-tier SFX unit that nails power delivery, reliability, cable management, and ease of installation in a compact form factor.

Built my first SFF gaming PC and the SF1000 was the gold standard so I had to get it. One thing to note (which surprised me) is that corsairs SFX PSUs don't have a native 12v-2x6 connection like other SFX PSU's. It uses dual 8 pin on the PSU side and 12v-2x6 on the GPU side. No difference in performance but something to consider in terms of cable tidiness. Overall happy with the PSU performance and noise levels.

Awesome PSU. Cables are well made, love the smaller connectors on the PSU side. I haven't loaded it beyond 500w (at least not by much) but in ~23C room the fan is not even bothering to spin. most of the time. And when it does, it is practically inaudible. If i have to complain about something, fine - the fan colour. It is grey and in my case it is visible.

i hate that they switched to proprietary little end connectors at the PSU side so i can't just 1:1 swap my custom power cables in from my sf750 and i have to use the included cables temporarily and then pay to get new custom cables made. i would return it but it works for what i need now, so +1 star, otherwise 0 stars.

Great little PSU. No more mysterious crashes. Heads up. It does NOT have 12VHPWR OR 12V2X6 on the PSU end, but it does have plenty of the old school and reliable 8pin power connectors. Still the best SFX power supply for mITX cases.

Using this in a custom diy epgu setup, cables are braided and high quality.

First, I can't get over how small this thing is! I have it powering a build with a 7800X3d and a RX 9070 XT and it's been running rock solid and super quiet. Yes, it is pricey but you are without a doubt getting what you pay for.

I did not get to use this power supply. It does appear to be very well built, however the cables (all of them) are far too short to reach any of the motherboard connectors. It appears this power supply is meant to work in a mini tower case. My full size case was much too large for this unit to operate.

No significant complaints except the cables can be slightly too short depending on which case you are using. They do list the lengths on their site so I would highly recommend checking it prior to ordering as getting other cables is quite costly.

Great PSU. Comes with braided cords that are super flexible. It is quiet so far.
