I am very happy with these headphones. They connected easily, they fit great and the sound quality has been very good. They are an amazing value for the money. I use them with my MAC and have had no issues.

Comfortable fit, great sound quality. I use these for phone calls and the noise cancelation is excellent. Mic picks up clear, too.

USB Headset works awesome and is comfortable!

These are perfect for call service workers. The sound is very good and they fit nicely on your ears and cancel out noise. The only issue I have found is the top is a bit big on my head but I still like them better than any previous pair I have had.

This headset is of good quality. The sound is clear, there's no problem hearing or being heard. It is a comfortable feel around my ears secure yet not heavy. The only concern I have is the connection to my device isn't tight, it wiggles.

I use this for like anyone else, listening to music and YouTube and stuff. It works well enough, as per the title, but it is a bit tight for larger heads and if you try to stretch them out a bit, the piece on the side with the screw in it seems to break. No matter what I do to try and fix that part on the side, it still seems broken. Also, and this is a problem with most USB headphones, the convenience of the earcups muting sounds is good, BUT, on the other hand, my ears don't need a hug, I could use one! On the different other hand, the earcups don't seem all that uncomfortable nor do they seem to get too hot. They seem like a decent enough headset, although I don't use them regularly so I don't know how they'll hold up over time. I bought a more expensive although lesser quality feeling and acting pair of Audiotechnicas (?) that fit nicer, don't do earhugging, and also have in-line volume and mic control, and those work too, so what do I know? Tl:dr: the headband is tight for larger heads and for itself, though earcups are fine and not as hot.

I work remotely for a major airline and needed a replacement headset due to chord was tangled and splitting on the one I received from my company. The replacement headset arrived quickly on February 17 just in time for me to log into work. The headset worked good until 24Feb. I was on a call with a passenger and all of a sudden I could not hear anything. At first, I thought my internet connection was lost. No that was working. I tried shutting down my computer and recycling my modem. I checked my settings to make sure device was recgonized. Still no sound. I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to my office to complete my shift. Will be returning this device ASAP
