This headset is actually really good. Feels good to wear. Sounds great no drivers to install. Super simple to use. Worked fantastic with teams on a PC. I did not try it on a Mac, but I would imagine that the implementation would be the same. I’ve also used it while gaming just to see how it would work And it worked great. Just like any audio device, plug it into your computer and it shows up in the list of audio devices you can select it and make it your primary or you can select it from the application to use it with a specific application only. Very happy with this purchase.

I recently purchased the New Bee USB headset with a microphone, and it has been a great addition to my work-from-home setup. Pros: Clear Audio: This headset delivers excellent sound quality, and the adjustable microphone ensures my voice comes through clearly during calls. Very Comfortable: Weighing just 4 ounces, this headset is incredibly light. The ear cushions and adjustable headband provide a snug, pressure-free fit. Controls: The inline controls are intuitive, with separate buttons for volume, call management, and mute functions. The visual indicator for mute (red/blue) is particularly helpful and prevents confusion during calls. Connectivity: The dual USB-A and USB-C is really helpful to connect it with different models of laptop. The long cable is a bonus for hassle-free connectivity. Very solid for the price. I'm not sure about any background noise cancelling but I also work from a quiet background anyway. The sound is very good.

I use this for like anyone else, listening to music and YouTube and stuff. It works well enough, as per the title, but it is a bit tight for larger heads and if you try to stretch them out a bit, the piece on the side with the screw in it seems to break. No matter what I do to try and fix that part on the side, it still seems broken. Also, and this is a problem with most USB headphones, the convenience of the earcups muting sounds is good, BUT, on the other hand, my ears don't need a hug, I could use one! On the different other hand, the earcups don't seem all that uncomfortable nor do they seem to get too hot. They seem like a decent enough headset, although I don't use them regularly so I don't know how they'll hold up over time. I bought a more expensive although lesser quality feeling and acting pair of Audiotechnicas (?) that fit nicer, don't do earhugging, and also have in-line volume and mic control, and those work too, so what do I know? Tl:dr: the headband is tight for larger heads and for itself, though earcups are fine and not as hot.
