Great food complement
Really good as a complement after gym and dissolves easily

Made an obvious difference
I used this for the 14 days but about day 10 I had clearly added weight and felt bigger around the arms and chest, noticeably so. Also felt like I was able to give more during workouts. Amazon was out of stock so I ordered another brand to continue with creatine. After just a few days it felt very different in that it had less impact. I then ordered this directly from the PhD site, surprisingly you can 2x the product for the same money by going direct. After a few days I feel like it is working again. Not saying everyone is the same, your mileage may vary but either the brand or dosage method of 3x daily works better for me than the other brand I tried.

Good quality creatine
PHD Creatine, appears to be good quality. I definitely noticed an improvement in weight lifting performance. Not a huge difference but find I have a little extra energy in reserve to push out a rep or two more than usual. The micronised powder mixes reasonably well but never quite 100% dissolves. It's tasteless so inoffensive. One thing I noticed which is probably to do with the tub/container rather than the Creatine itself is that once unsealed, the creatine absorbs moisture from the air and starts to form clumps in the container. Easy enough to break the clumps up with the measuring scoop, but thought they could've done better with the container design to prevent this happening in the first place.

Repeat purchase
I’m using it daily and believe that it’s doing me good, mind you, there’s no evidence for or against this argument except I’m in good shape but is it due to me taking creatine???

Good but tablets are way too big.
Not sure if it works yet but the tablets are huge. So big that they get stuck in my throat if I take a single one whole, it has to be split in two to make it manageable.
