It does exactly what it purports to do
This training elbow pad gives a gentle reminder to us novice golfers to keep the lead arm straight. It will not prevent you from bending your elbow, nor should it. You need to keep your arm straight yourself. It will "click" with a moderate elbow bend, but not a minor one. It is well worth the modest price.

Excellent value - brings results.
I bought this elbow stabilizer on September 7 to help me with shoulder, elbow and back pain in my backswing. Because the characters I play golf with could see me wince with that pain, they accept me playing golf rounds with this elbow brace intact. Even though it lasted only about four weeks, (I play 2 or 3 times per week) I promptly ordered a replacement given its value. I do wish the manufacturers would sow the velcro straps more firmly.

Don’t waste your money
It’s like every other golf aid. It will not fix your problem. It will only slightly aid as a reminder to keep your arm straight. Plus it is very uncomfortable. Not worth it.

So cheap it causes your skin between the two parts two get red and sore
Unfortunately, I tried this product after the return window had closed. It’s pretty awful. For me it causes redness and skin irritation and pain. I just think it’s really poorly made. In between where the two pieces connect a crates for me a rash and pain. I can’t use it. It’s just landfill.

Outstanding . Stopped my slice.
Instant feedback on both back & forward swing. Stopped my slice. Not legal during a regulation game but playing with friends that are loose with the rules I wear it during a round when I feel I’ve lost the groove I had on the range.
