Great deal! Only wish the naturopathic/herbal ingredients weren't just micro doses, but pretty great ingredients overall. My husband takes these every day. They will definitely cause stomach upset, if you take them on an empty stomach. Be an adult. Eat something.

It might be a great supplement but anytime I took it, I got mild palpitations. So I stopped taking.

Best vegan vitamin
I love these vegan vitamins it gets the job done. It’s hard to find vitamins for vegan without the nonsense but this has it all which is amazing for me.
