IT IS MAKEUP - NOT RICE POWDER - RICE POWER IS TRUE OIL CONTROL - SAVE YOUR MONIES
It's makeup.... I thought it would be rice power - fully aware I had colours to select from NOT REALIZING it's a freaking makeup NOT rice powder .... So I got "transparent" BECAUSE I don't wear makeup .... It's white - like Halloween makeup white - Packaging was wonderful - compartment is the same size as the box - difficult to open & a pain in the arse getting the protective film off the powder (piece of tape is your friend, here) - mirror has a protective cover as well I am giving mine review based off how it feels - it's makeup & I'm suffocating - it isn't lite - it's heavy, it feels heavy - a film on mine skin - I don't see this doing any "oil control" just for the factor of how heavy it is - the skin cannot breathe - IT IS MAKEUP - I am so upset I don't share mine personal features - but here, I will - ordering "transparent" BECAUSE (duh) ... CLEAR & as you can see - with mine skin complexion... "transparent" is the farthest thing from its claim
