A good quality ashwagandha supplement using KSM-66. The capsules are easy to take and a convenient way to include it in a daily routine. No issues with taste or smell. I did notice a slight reduction in stress while using these, which was a nice benefit, although results will likely vary from person to person. Packaging is simple and does what it needs to. Overall, a straightforward supplement that’s easy to use and fits well into my daily routine.

I was struggling with restless sleep and waking up still feeling tired. Didn’t expect much, but after taking this the difference has honestly been amazing. I’m sleeping more soundly and waking up feeling far more rested. No groggy or heavy feeling the next day, just calmer and better overall sleep. Easy to take and seems good quality. Very impressed so far.

Three stars because it actually made it easy to fall asleep 30–40 minutes after taking one serving. For the first three and a half weeks, everything was fine, and I took the supplement daily shortly before going to bed. One morning, after I came out of the shower, I felt that my heart rate was elevated. By the time I managed to measure it, the issue had resolved itself. Unfortunately, two or three days later (EDIT: while I was resting on the sofa), my heart rate shot up to 185 bpm and I started to sweat copiously. I rushed to the ER, and by the time I arrived, heart rate had decreased to 170 bpm. Everything else was normal: blood pressure, ECG, and blood work. Luckily, I did not suffer a cardiac event. My heart rate gradually returned to normal, and once it stabilized, I was sent home. I guess I am one of the people for whom Ashwagandha interferes with thyroid function, which could, in turn, affect heart rate. In the end, keep in mind that this could be one of the side effects and exercise particular caution if you have pre-existing heart conditions. EDIT: Several months passed since that visit to the ER, which is also when I stopped taking the supplement. During all this time I did not have any further issues with my heart rate.

Product wasn’t sealed so unfortunately won’t be taking these. Waste of money as will not take unsealed tablets or supplements

Wirkt wie es wirken soll. Keine Wunder erwarten - ist auch nur ein Supplement. Dennoch bekommt man hier ein qualitativ gutes Produkt zu einem sehr fairen Preis (vor allem im Angebot). Absolut empfehlenswert. Hinweis: Ashwaganda wirkt normalweise nicht sofort, sondern sollte einige Tage / Wochen genommen werden bevor sich eine Wirkung einstellt.

Enfin un complément alimentaire très bien dosé pour performer et qui ne coûte pas un rein, super !
