Drainage hole to be improved
While the pot is super sturdy, drainage hole is narrow and raised high above the base which is keeping the soul wet for a long time. Drainage hole should always be in the base.

Hanging is bad quality & small but Railing pot is best quality
Railing hanging is best quality but basket hanging very very small and bad quality ..in one of the basket even chain is got broken ...

Bad Customer Management
Why was my order cancelked at the last minute shows you don't care for customers Solimo worst customer experience no one should buy this product. I had already shared the picture of broken pot. They didn't give a reason why the product was cancelled even though returns were requested. For the past 5 days they are telling once the product is returned refund will be processed it has been 5 days there is no person who has come to take back the broken pot as a whole package nor they care for customer. If this was US I could have sued them in the court of law. Even though I am aspiring going to be lawyer I am not surprised the fraud happens only in India

Size mentioned is misleading
It's supposed to be 8 inch in diameter. However the effective size is only 7 inches. 8 inch is the outer diameter. Quality is good
