In between a 10/12 uk size with a mummy tummy I’m worried the 12/14 will be too. If should I go for the smaller size

I would. I am between a 12 and 14 and that size is spot on for me. I think you would definitely be better off with a 10/12. I should add they are more of a smoothing action than an hold you in type of pants but they are really comfortable and ideal for mummy tummies.

What size is xs a 6 or 36?

Hi it depends how you like them to fit really - I’m only 5ft tall & very slim & I like my panties to be very snug fitting so I ordered size 6 & they’re great fit for me & brilliant under trousers/leggings - hope this helps
