So far so good, the only downside is that Amazon sent me a Platinum one when I ordered a Black one. And if I wanted to return and reorder I would have to pay hundreds more because the price has gone up since I purchased this. But anyway, this laptop provides a premium feel and overall great windows experience. There also isn't a lot of bloatware pre installed which was nice. Speakers have good clarity, just lacking bass. This is how I would have expected a laptop of this price to feel and perform.

Light weight, a battery that just runs!, excellent resolution and screen clarity. Keyboard is WAY better than a lot of the competition. My only gripe is the stupid proprietary microsoft charger port. Just give me another USB-C. I knew exactly what I was getting when I bought this Arm processor laptop. Do you due diligence when it comes to researching applications you use. ARM is the future, with Intel getting left behind.

Very happy with this computer. The size is just right and it is very fast. Good price. I purchased when I retired and to replace my very old personal computer. This is the same computer that my employer was purchasing for all it's remote employees.

The computer is for school and has all the features needed. Had a hiccup with delivery and did not arrive at stated time. I was told it would be more than a week before we got it. I reached out to the seller and they located it and air over nighted it to us Super thankful and relieved.

Bought for my son for college. He absolutely loves it.

Best price on the market. Great working laptop

I recently purchased this Microsoft Surface Laptop, and unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to my expectations, especially when compared to competitors like the MacBook Air that it's been hyped to compete against. The camera is disappointing, especially when there’s even a slight drop in lighting. The image becomes blurry and not sharp at all. The Surface struggles unless you are in a very well-lit environment. The speakers are a major letdown. When you increase the volume, they produce a pathetic, squeaky vibration, making the audio experience unpleasant. This is a far cry from the premium sound quality you would expect from a laptop in this price range, and definitely not what i expected. Overall: Considering the high price and the competition, I regret choosing the Surface Laptop over the macbook air or Dell XPS 13, which offers much better performance in terms of camera, audio, and overall quality. If you're looking for a laptop that excels in these areas, the Surface is not the right choice for you.

The Surface itself is excellent in performance and design. However, there is an important point you should know before buying. After about one year of normal use, my unit developed a hardware issue: a black line appeared along the bottom of the display. Microsoft has effectively discontinued the “Advanced Exchange” option. If your Surface needs repair—even under warranty—you must send it in and wait several weeks. During that time, you will have no PC at all. There is no loaner or advance replacement, even for a fee (confirmed by official support). This may be fine for casual use. But if this is your main work machine, weeks without a PC can stop your work entirely. Buying a Surface now means accepting this risk.
