If you want to remove your locks buy this, I am Latin with locks and my partner is black with locks completely different hair types. It removes dreads the crochet hooks built in are so tiny they cut your hair. You can’t return after 30days I was in the process of moving and today is day 30 I can’t return and get my money back I so regret buying this my locks are spiritually created and kept this was so sad for me.

This machine is AMAZING ! I’ve been doing hair for years and I have pricked and damaged my fingers so many times tightening and forming locs . And this machine helps my carpal tunnel so much ! WARNING THO ! If u are not patient u WILL cut the loc! So SLOW down when using this . Start on the LOWEST setting first . It also came with two extra sizing attachments, Afro bulk hair , a small loc needle, and loc accessories and the small screw driver .As well as all the power attachments. Shipping was fast and it was well worth it . BUY IT . U won’t regret it ! I know damn well I don’t !

This was the worst buy ever! They send you some sample hair to try the product on and it works great. Using it on your own hair is a disaster. I should have taken into consideration the other reviews when they mentioned it breaks your real hair off. That's exactly what it did when I tried to use it. Thankfully I used it in a place where my hair needed to be trimmed. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! If I could give a negative review I would give it a negative 100. Seriously...

I could give zero stars, I would. This product rips your hair and doesn’t perform as promised. . I had planned to use it for clients but, fortunately, tested it beforehand and quickly realized it was unusable. I attempted to contact the company, but the phone number was invalid and my emails went unanswered. Thankfully, Amazon handled the situation quickly and issued me a full refund. I truly appreciate Amazon. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.

It worked great on the demo hair it came with. But when I used it on my locs it ripped them to shreds. I tried it on dry, wet, and on unlocked hair but the results were same. Now I have one less loc. Great for synthetic loc, horrible for real hair.

DO. NOT. USE. THIS. MACHINE....if you value you naturally-growing-out-of-your-head locs. I have thick, strong, healthy 4c hair. First, it SHREDDED my hair as I used it. Second, my loc came off in my hand as I ran my hand through my hair. WAAAHH?!?!? This is crazy!!! That's a 10" loc. Good thing I first tried on a loc in the middle of my head.
