If i could give it more stars, I would! I started these when my vitamin D levels on my bloodwork was flagged as deficiency. Within a year, my follow up bloodwork showed no deficiency! My numbers are now higher than my previous non flagged numbers. Definitely recommend these. There's no after taste, doesn't hurt my stomach, and they are easy to take.

Easy to Take and Great Everyday Vitamin D
I have been happy with this Vitamin D3. The softgels are small and easy to swallow, and the 2000 IU dose is a convenient daily option. I like the Nature Made brand and feel good using it as part of my routine for general support. Four stars only because I wish the bottle came with a few more servings, but overall it is a solid, dependable supplement.

Synopsis - An outstanding D3 supplement to add to your daily stack. At my dietitian suggestion, I added this D3 supplement to my daily supplement intake to help keep my levels in good ranges while training. The supplement itself is extremely easy to use, is very small, and goes down very quickly with any liquid. I would recommend taking it with food to avoid any chance of an upset stomach. Definitely recommend this brand if you’re in the market for a D3 supplement. 5 D Stars out of 5!

If your level is low, this can help boost energy. There’s no smell, no taste, small size , easy to swallow. Feels fine. Easy to open the bottle. No complaints. I feel this is a vitamin you should know whether you need it or not. It’s easy to use so use appropriately!

Good product
I do believe I’m seeing some health benefits, but it takes consistent use of a period of weeks. I wouldn’t recommend doubling up because I got cystic acne from it
