Excellent For My HA Setup!
Brilliant little thing, I was actually quite surprised at just how small it actually is. Connection to Home Assistant via Zigbee2MQQT using the Sonoff dongle plus was so simple. The sensor itself is very accurate, with my current HA setup there’s no delay on firing my automations that turn the light on the instant motion is detected, start a timer, then also reset the timer upon each motion event, for consistent lighting whilst in the room, and then when no motion is detected the timer will run through and turn off the light. Obviously this is not a presence sensor, so if we haven’t moved at all in the time that the timers is set for, then the light will turn off on you, meaning this probably wouldn’t be good for the main lights in a bedroom or living room, I use this in my kitchen and it works great. I can’t definitively comment on its battery life, but I’d say it’s going to be rather good, I’ve had this for a good few weeks now and it’s still on 100%. All in all, this is a great sensor, excellent value for money and in the right setup, used for the right reason, this is a very good item.

Great budget PIR Sensor
Great for motion activated lights in hallways, kitchens etc. But not ideal for bedrooms as it cannot detect a still person. So it should only be used in rooms where you're not going to be sitting down, as if youre still for more than 60 seconds it will not know you're still in the room. Still very easy to intergrate into home assistant. It doesn't turn lights off after leaving a room as fast as a mmwave sensor as it needs the longer 60 second cool down to be effective, but perfectly usable. I'd like it if I could control the cool down manually.

Small, Discreet, Function Well with ZHA in Home Assistant - Not Pet Friendly
I ordered these Sonoff Sensors to implement into my home assistant setup. The sensors were immediately recognised by the sonoff zigbee 3.0 plus dongle and added to my HA setup. The sensors work great with Alarmo. The sensors were much smaller than I anticipated. They work very well and the sensitivity is high, so much so that my robot vacuum cleaner set these off in the middle of the night. They are also not pet friendly, my dogs were easily detected by each of these sensors. I have had to angle these up towards the ceiling in order that they do not catch the floor area, thus moving them out of the range of my dogs and vacuum. Even though they are pointed upwards they do still detect a human presence which is great, the issue is the range is just not as good now. The sensors can be attached by magnet to a metal base or by the included 3m sticker, or with plain old wall screws. In summary for a home without pets or robots these would work great, either as an alarm sensor or as a PIR for lighting ect. ZHA does not allow the changing of the cooldown time, so you are stuck with 60 seconds. There is a workaround available however this did not work for me, and no matter how much i tried to reprogramme the cooldown time in ZHA the controller failed to write the new parameters. One other thing of note is that the motion sensor sensor in ZHA is always 'detected' so you can not use this, however the 2nd entity exposed is occupancy, this is what you use when implementing to ZHA. I hope you found this review helpful

Works with Echo Show 11
Works well via the Alexa Echo Show 11 to control a routine for Shelly 1 Mini Gen4 relay for landing light. Being battery powered it's easy to place. Readily available- not like some more expensive motion sensors. It does what is asked of it. Recommended.

Range is extremely poor
Paring was easy using home assistant and Z2M once you figure out that you have to open it and remove the paper from the bottom of the battery. But sadly the range is angle of detection is extremely poor. It's 3m at best and you have to be standing directly in front of it. Compared with the old gen of the aqara ones that I still have, I wouldn't steer clear of these for now. I'm tempted to return it... And stock up on the old aqara ones that are still available on Ali Express. Sadly the new aqara sensors just as bad as this one.

OK for ZHA with some tinkering.
Not sure how it works with the sonoff app, never used it. When it was first setup via ZHA in Home Assistant it was unconfigurable, the detection > clear length was 60s not great for alarm use. There is a recent quirk that can be manually added to HA for now that unlocked the detection duration so it works fine now, the light/dwrk detection still seems flaky or slow. Not had it long enough to get a great idea on battery life. connectivity has been rock solid so far.

Took less than 5 minutes to setup on my Zigbee with Home Assistant and Z2MQTT. I setup the SNZB-03P motion sensor on my freezer in the garage and now I control my light whenever I get near it. I have no issues and appears to work each time. A simple, smart, and great product. CON: The sensor is magnetically attached to it mount so it can be knocked off or moved out of position if place in a reachable location. Now we'll see how long the battery will truly last.

This is a great, responsive motion sensor that also has an ambient light sensor built in (though not in the best implementation). This makes it perfect for use in automations where you want a light to turn on, only when a specified darkness level is reached. I was able to pair this up and incorporate it into my Home Assistant setup via zigbee2mqtt with no issues. It has performed exactly as expected and I've had no issues with the motion sensing. The ambient light sensor is nice to have (my previous motion sensors did not have one), but unfortunately the device only seems to report either "dim", or "bright". It would be much more preferable to have a numerical value reported so that you can customize your automations with more flexibility (e.g. the reported "dim" value might not be as dim as I would like). While better than not having a sensor at all, it's still a disappointing implementation.
