Easy to use and taste ok. If you like liquid supplements I think it works well and has the complete vitamins to absorb the calcium. Other calcium products have given me kidney stones but this one has not

I just started this product, but I have a lot of sensitivity to supplements and this product has been hassle free. It has everything I need in one bottle and no additional ingredients. It tastes great and it’s a good price.

Tastes good and easy to swallow. I have taken it directly in my mouth and put in water. The only thing that is irritating is the dropper is only 1ml and the daily dose is 2mls. You just have to draw it up twice.

I like the flavor. But decided to use capsules instead. In order to get a good dose you have to use a lot and it rubs out quick.

I also liked that it’s vegan and easy to take as liquid drops. That said, my experience was just okay. I didn’t notice a big difference in sleep or leg cramps, and the taste wasn’t my favorite. It may work well for others, but for me, it didn’t stand out enough to repurchase. Overall, it’s decent, but results can vary depending on your needs.
