Works just as advertised!
It seems strange that an auto door-lock/unlock function is not built into the software settings in the Toyota CH-R. After plugging it into the port, as soon as I put the car into drive, the doors lock, and when I put the car into drive Park, they unlock - just as needed!

Toyota auto lock / anti hijack
If you own a Toyota CHR you will know that unlike most other manufacturers there is no drive away autolocking available for this model, Toyota should be ashamed of themselves for the omission of this important safety feature, this auto lock device plugs into the OBD port and will automatically lock the doors on drive away, and unlock once car is in P position or engine off, will also unlock in the event of an accident, my wife feels a lot more secure with this installed, yes I know you can manually lock the doors but with the best will in the world you don’t always remember

Fonctionne parfaitement. Toyota devrait le donner avec la voiture. Super contente de mon achat, désormais les portes se verrouillent automatiquement.

A must for all C-HR owners (2017 to 2023)
If you have a Toyota C-HR (2017 to 2023) AT, this device is a must! Just plug into OBD port, it immediately functions as advertised. As soon as moving to D (Drive), all doors lock automatically (and can be unlocked if needed) and when going to P (Park) the doors all unlock again. No switches or annoying lights, just a simple black plug that integrates with the rest of the cars aesthetic!

Ça fonctionne vraiment
C’est facile à installer… comme si la pièce a été retirée de la voiture. Ça s’installe dans une prise presque sous le volant (entre les pédales de frein et le volant). C’est étonnant! La compagnie Toyota est voleuse 🤣.
