This item fits on my torso. I place a plain T shirt between my skin and this item. The item has pockets to put things in, such as a wallet, keys, or a small snack. I like this item.

A bit big compared to standard sizes
I usually wear a large shirt and this was a bit larger than that. Probably closer to an XL. I’m a slimmer guys so there was way too much room around the stomach and waist area. Ordered a medium and it fits much nicer, especially around the chest and stomach area. I’d recommend sizing down. In terms of longevity, that remains to be seen. Quality seems good right now so it seems like a good deal.

worth the price
the fact that the has a 2XLT size makes them worth the purchase for me alone as a normal 2XL or 3XL still show my belly and back when working. but these with the XLT size do not, so 5 starts worth the cost while being comfortable.

Not a Set – Please Read Carefully
I bought this for a friend, thinking I was ordering a full scrub set, but when it arrived, I was disappointed to find it was only the top. At first glance, I genuinely thought it was a set. It was only after going back to re-read the description that I noticed it said "top" and not "set." I feel the listing could be more clear and transparent, as the wording can easily mislead customers. That said, the fabric quality is excellent which I would expect for the price of $46 CAD.
