Seems to help.
My ten year old Corgi seems to have a bit more "zip" after beginning to use these. One cannot tell if a product is really working as dogs cannot tell you what hurts or feels good, but his being more active is some indication. I will continue to purchase.

nothing to dislike they seem to work great, they are delivered on or before time and the dog just scarfs them right up
