Worth the cost
I am generally a very skeptical person, often the type to call vitamins and supplements a placebo snake oil money grab. I always felt a balanced diet was all you needed. Years ago I was speaking to a health nut friend about how I was struggling with maintaining my energy and brain fog throughout the day and he talked me into trying 5 packs he gave me to see if it would help and I can honestly say that they do. Everything got slightly better, it didn't make me feel 19 again, I'm still definitely 40, but my energy lasted longer, my appetite feels easier to manage, I can think faster, I stutter less and I just generally felt better and happier. They are very expensive in my opinion, thus the 4 stars but I truly feel improvements which lets me justify the cost to subscribe monthly. The subscription has been a little rocky, they canceled one delivery already, but this product gives me whatever my body is lacking, so it's worth it.
