10/10 I’ve been thinking about purchasing a plate for a while now I’ve used them on and off with horses over the years but never owned one personally. I ran through the auto settings on the first run and I’m super impressed my body feels relaxed for the first time in a long time after use. I can’t wait to have this part of my regular daily routine. This was easy to use and much lighter than I expected it to be. Speed settings have a good variety. Overall impressed with the quality. Good balance is required, there were a few times I leaned a little too far. Overall one use great for pain relief. Would buy and recommend

Completely addicting, I've been using mine for about a week or more and it's holding up well. Always perfect power, the levels allow for adjustment (my preferred levels are 5 - 9) and I'm finding more ways of exercising with the plate. What I love the most is just standing on it while adjusting the vibes - it seems to take away any aches and pains that develop over time. Sort of like the process of "rolfing", manipulating the joints to loosen up the fascia and relax the aches. The size is good considering I can push it towards the wall when not in use, but it isn't too heavy to tote to other rooms so I don't disturb anyone else in the house. The pad is okay on my feet since I usually wear socks or shoes, but when I'm balanced in a plank position with my hands or forearms on the pad, I use a towel on the plate so that's it's more comfortable. Overall very easy to use, easy to clean, the only drawback is how loud the initial "voice" is when I turn it on. The animals run from the room but I think they're getting used to it (they return after it gets going).

Update: Seller reached out immediately and addressed the issue. The replacement is much better and the customer service was expedient and great. I’m happy with my replacement. Thank you. I’ve been dealing with muscle tightness, fatigue, joint pain, cervical issues, and muscle spasms for months. Really more like years. I was stuck in flight or flight and no matter what I did, physical therapy, supplements, muscle relaxants, I could not get my body to respond. I’ve had the vibration plate for less than a month and I already feel so much better. My muscles are relaxing my neck and back spasm is barely there. My lymph nodes are going down and I’m down from 156lbs to 153 lbs. most importantly, my body feels the difference. I’m feeling so much better. While I was skeptical, I am not a believer. I need to apologize to my best friend who has been trying to get me to buy one for over a year and i didn’t want to due to it feeling gimmicky. Nope. It works : ). If you’re hesitant, try it. Also, what is the piece of rubber for ? It’s too small for floor protection. This may have to go back. I need something a little stronger than this.

This shake plate is worth it! Safe stable platform, 10 adjustable speeds, and shake the pains away! I would buy this again! It’s a fun way to feel better!

Love my Vibration plate. The voice that‘s telling me that I turned it on, is a bit loud but otherwise it works great. It relaxes my muscles after a good workout…

It does what it says, I’ve had it maybe 6 months using it once a day. It did make me feel sick the first few times with the vibration so I built up to 10. I don’t really think it helps with loosing weight(that’s what I got it for).

I purchased this vibration plate to help manage lymphedema. With so many options on the market, I did quite a bit of research before choosing this model. I started using this mid December 2025. I do this after my fasted cardio in the morning and it helps so much with digestion, water retention, and lymphatic drainage. I'll never have to get a lymphatic massage ever again. I put it on level 10 and it stops after 10 mins. It's not loud at all (except for when you turn it on you hear POWER ON) but I can't recommend this enough!

My girlfriend wanted me to get this for her. She’s on a weight loss journey at the moment. And has been using this everyday since we got it. Not only does she love and use it frequently, she’s already getting results. She’s lost a total of 3 pounds and she’s only had it for 4 days or so!! I’ve seen her stand on it. Sit on it. And even do squats on it. I asked her why it feels like while on it and she said it feels like a burning sensation. Akin to after a workout.
