The flavor of the tea is good. I think it's a good value for the price. The issue is that the packets are made in such a way that when you tear it open to pull out the tea bag, you have a high likelihood of tearing the tea bag open. Fortunately, I am making multiple bags at once to cold brew so I don't mind filtering a large batch when I need to, but it would be extremely annoying to do it for individual cups.

Doesn't have a strong bitter taste like other teas. I drank it hot or made ice tea out of it. Had a very comfrotable unmedicated labour. Also helped me stop bleeding after faster than other times!

I drink this religiously while pregnant. The tea is delicious and it works great!!! Recommend for postpartum as well!!
