The bottle says serving size 2 capsules, so I'm thinking you have to take both to get the 210 choline listed per serving.

The Amazon description says it has 2100 mg of choline but the website says 210 mg. Which is it?

It must have been a typo. The bottle says 210 mg Phosphatidyl choline.

It can't hurt......I mean probably....But then again, what if it made you break out in warts so bad your warts had warts ? ....But probably not> I would try it and then stand by for wart inventory duty
