Just had knee replacement 2 weeks ago. This lifter is handy to get the operated leg into bed. It’s good that there is a metal inside the lifter as it makes it more sturdy. Wish I would’ve had this lifter when I had my other knee done. Would recommend.

I have had a total knee replacement and had been using a bathrobe belt to help lift my leg, althoughthis helped it wasn't ideal as it kept slipping and wasn't very comfortable. Buying this has made a massive difference in aiding my recovery. I can get in and out of bed with relative ease and it has also helped with my physio exercises. By lifting my leg (for the exercises that I couldn't manage) and then slightly slackening the tension and holding my leg in place I have built up the muscle strength. I am overjoyed that I can now achieve these exercises without any help. I highly recommend this item for this purpose x

This is very easy to use. Other ones don’t have the padded foot strap and are very difficult to get one’s foot in. After hip surgery you can’t lean forward so it’s almost impossible to position your foot. With this one the foot loop is held open by the padding. It’s just perfect!
