This is the first time I have bought a product from Amazon. The customer service is zero experience and the product is bad. Do not buy this bag. It is expensive, weak material, poor quality, and not worth five dirhams. This is the first and last time.

I love that the backpack is small but fits my laptop and lunch with some other necessary things. It can repel water, but not ready for heavy rain. However, I love the size because now I do not need to carry my huge backpack to the office.
