Quite nice
It's well made with an Apple-quality formed metal chassis and smooth pots with circular LED volume indicators surrounding the shaft of the pot. There's nothing cheap about it. Looks like it belongs in a studio. Never owned one of these before and just exploring. The software has a variety of modeled amps with very clean sound. And the nasty sound is super clean too. I'm happy.

So far I like it. This is new for me and I’m trying to take it slow. There’s allot of different software that came with this, which is awesome!

Does not perform basic functionality
The entire purpose of this device was to be able to directly monitor the vocals without it going through the PC first. Quite simply this device does not do this - you can push the "direct" button all you want, you can install the software and turn it on in the control 2 software... and still it will not do this. After over a week writing back and forth with tech support I still am no closer to being able to use this device for the intended purpose. Oddly enough, it works as a mic input and works as a sound output. Yay. I already have both of those built into my PC (as just about every PC build has that functionality built in). But the whole point of this is monitoring ... which is what this device won't do.
