Can i use this to load 1 1/4 size cone?

technically you could. But the length of the cone vs the length of he loaded makes it a little more difficult, if you have the time and patience get it. The king size with loader workers good, I typically load a little in the cone then pack it then load a little more with the loader then pack till I get to the top till I have a nice even consistent cone.
