Best value PC for the price. I’ve been using it as our Ubuntu server for the past year and it has been running flawlessly without any issues. Performance is stable, reliable, and perfect for continuous use.The i9 11900KS is absolutely mind-blowing in terms of performance. Everything feels fast and responsive.I also upgraded to a liquid cooler, and it made the system even better cooler, quieter, and more stable under load.All components were genuine as described, and the system has been working smoothly since day one. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a dependable and cost-effective machine.

Disappointing product quality and even worse customer supportJULY 2026 UPDATE : The system failed on the very first power-on — the CPU emitted smoke due to a short circuit. On inspection, the RAM module was found only partially seated in its slot (just one of two retaining clips engaged), which is an assembly defect from the factory, not something caused by use.When I raised this with ALKETRON's support team, I was told I should have notified them before switching on the computer for the first time. However, no such instruction was provided anywhere — not in the box, not in any accompanying documentation, and not on the product listing. It's unreasonable to deny a warranty claim based on a requirement that was never communicated to the customer.Despite the RAM being shipped back as instructed and received by ALKETRON, the claim was classified as "customer-induced damage" and warranty coverage was refused, with only a paid replacement offered. This is disappointing for a defect that occurred out of the box, before any handling on my part.Would not recommend without confirming their after-sales support handles legitimate manufacturing defects fairly.ORIGINAL:I purchased the Alketron Hammer H60 on Amazon on the 10th of June 2026. The order was delivered promptly on the 13th, so the initial experience was positive.Unfortunately, the moment I installed and powered on the PC, smoke started coming out of the unit. After having it inspected by qualified service technicians (at my own expense), the root cause was identified as a poorly installed RAM module. The RAM installation had caused the leads to short, burning out the module.Thankfully, no other components were damaged, and only the RAM needed replacement. I wasn’t asking for a refund or a new computer—I simply requested that the defective RAM be replaced under warranty.Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails, contacted Amazon numerous times, and called Alketron’s customer service repeatedly. I also chatted with eight different Amazon support agents, yet no one was able to resolve such a simple issue. Every interaction ended with promises of follow-up, but nothing actually happened.To get the computer working, I had to hire technicians and purchase a replacement RAM module myself. The replacement cost was nearly 20% of the price of the entire PC, all because of a manufacturing or assembly defect that should never have occurred.This has been an extremely disappointing experience. We buy from Amazon expecting peace of mind and reliable customer support if something goes wrong. Instead, the moment I encountered a genuine issue, both the seller and the support channels seemed to disappear.I hope this review encourages both Amazon and Alketron to improve their quality control and, more importantly, their after-sales support. A simple warranty replacement should not require weeks of effort, countless emails, phone calls, and eight support chats.

I've been using the PC for last 5 months. No problem so far. The pc works perfectly fine and Alketrol has done a good job maintaining the quality of the product. The PC doesn't heat even on heavy usage without performance impact.

The CPU arrived not assembled. The fan was detached inside the CPU and many wires were unplugged. Also, when they had a technician assemble it in my home, the GPU was found to be malfunctioning. That said... in under two weeks, Alketron did resolve the situation and replaced the GPU. They even gave a little gift to upgrade the WiFi, I think, for my frustration. The second time the CPU arrived, again the fan was detached, but they walked me through to reattach it. So I'm upping them from a 1 star to a 4 star because I would buy from them again. Everything has warranty, so it is a reliable purchase. In the end it gets fixed. Maybe I was just really unlucky or the delivery people just really rough. As of today, it seems to be working well. Best custom PC provided by Alketron. Heavy duty gaming beast at very reasonable price.Let me put some light on overall experience.1. Packaging and delivery was upto the mark (Double coated bubble wrap)2. On call or WhatsApp chat 24 by 7 support service incase of any difficulty facing while connecting with accessories.3. I would like to give my big big thanks to customer support who assisted me even late in the evening.4. Very smooth processing of this PC as this system having Core i9, 12 GB Graphics and 64 GB RAM with 2.5 TB SSD hard drive. Any game software opens just like flick of fingers.

3 lakh for a 5060 ti? Must be 5070 or 5080 and other thing is impressive except 5060 tiMust add a good gpu

BEWARE! The CPU stopped working within a month of purchase and the company Alketron is not fulfilling its warranty promise! The warranty is a sham and my full money 92k has been wasted!!!Still can't believe I've lost my hard earned money, mainly hurt and disappointed as it's my son's first PC and as a prize for his excellent scores in his 10th grade exams!! Sincere request to everyone to not fall prey to the positive reviews given here, they too are a sham!!!I'll be reaching out to Amazon soon for help and will also file a complaint against them in the consumer forum for making false advertisement, adopting unfair trade practices and causing mental pain and agony!
