Complete is right. All the tools needed to make perfect sushi. The online video was so easy to access and understand. It was fun to use the sushi gun and easy to use the rolling mat. Well made a durable for long usage. Suitable for all levels of cooking experience. The clean up was simple and fast. Highly recommend this kit and I would definitely buy this as a gift.

I had fun using this product! Because of this set, I was able to make a fantastic Japanese-themed dinner for the night! The rice bazooka was easy to use and best of all is also easy to clean. The sushi size was perfect for home made rolls and this is worth buying!

The Alas Compete 20 pc Sushi Making Set is very useful. Usually I go out to get sushi which costs me $12-$15+ but why spend that much when you can make rolls at home with simple ingredients? I use nori sheets, sticky white sushi rice, imitation crab sticks, avocado, and cucumber. The “bazooka” was kind of confusing to figure out how to use it, so I just used the bamboo mat and did it manually instead. Unfortunately, using the bamboo mat can mess up the sushi rolls and they will fall apart very easily once picking them up. I believe it will be way easier to make once I figure out how to use the “bazooka”. Overall, I believe this is great for beginners because it has everything you need to get started. One thing to note, it does get a bit messy with all the different sushi tools. I like it how it comes with the little glass cat figurines too! :)

Super easy way to make sushi and lots of fun. Took a few times to get it right but it makes home sushi night a lot quicker. The knife is sharp but is pretty low quality, But I wasn’t expecting more. Overall I am happy with it and it has been used often.
