The 'meaty' fish
I love tuna there are many ways to serve it. If you have children that don't want to eat fish - flatten it out a bit then put it in bread crumbs they will think it's meat. There are no bones, no waste and it is very good for you.

Steaks I like when its firm... ;)
they might not be as fresh as if you'd caught them yourself, but unless you're Aquaman or have a pet dolphin, frozen is probably your best bet. Would recommend..
