I bought these for when we travel to high altitude places as I sometimes get winded quickly up at 14K feet of elevation. While I didn't actually need to ever use them, it was cheap insurance incase I did. No on the other hand, my woman has Asthma and she uses this every so often when she has trouble breathing. It works! What can I say. I will always keep these on hand when I travel in my RV and at home.

I learned about this product at a high elevation. I found it is also quite helpful for exercising or whenever you need an oxygen boost. This can feels light but it lasts a long time.
