Reliable Filters with Noticeable Taste Improvement
I’ve purchased these filters multiple times and they’ve been consistent. Installation is simple and they fit perfectly in the Waterdrop pitcher. The water tastes cleaner and smoother, and I especially notice the improvement when making coffee. Each filter lasts a reasonable amount of time as advertised. Overall, a dependable replacement option and good value for a 3-pack.

UPDATED REVIEW
** UPDATED REVIEW ** As someone who takes water quality seriously—especially here in Arizona, where clean and great-tasting drinking water is essential—I wanted to share my updated experience with Waterdrop. I initially ordered the Waterdrop Alkaline Filters, but the taste of the filtered water wasn’t to our liking. It had an off flavor that made it difficult to drink regularly. However, what really stood out was Waterdrop’s outstanding customer service. They reached out without being prompted, listened to my concerns, and offered to send a replacement—this model: [Original] Waterdrop WD-PF-01A Plus NSF Certified Replacement Filters for All Waterdrop Pitcher and Dispenser Filtration System, Reduces PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, Last Up to 2 Months or 200 Gallons (1 Pack) After using the replacement filters for a full filter life, I can confidently say the difference is night and day. The water tastes clean, neutral, and is much more palatable for our family. In addition to sending the new filters, Waterdrop also refunded the cost of the original alkaline filters, which we greatly appreciated since we had no plans to use them further. It’s refreshing (no pun intended) to see a company that not only backs its products but also makes customer satisfaction a clear priority. 🟢 I highly recommend Waterdrop—not just for their filters, but for their service and integrity. Their consistent support and willingness to make things right has earned my trust. This is the kind of thoughtful, responsive brand that makes the Amazon shopping experience exceptional. ------------------------ our water here tastes awful. this helps to take most of the yuck out of it... but water still tastes bad and it clogs the filters Not this product's fault, but wish it took more of the yucky tasted out for the price we paid.

Awesome Customer Service!
I purchased three alkaline water filters in July of this year. The first one worked fine as it should with no issues, and it lasted until November with no chlorine color, as I often check with their chlorine tester. However, the second filter initially worked fine until I tested it, and it showed the chlorine color, despite it not being a month old yet. The color looked the same from my water faucet. I'm not sure how long I have been ingesting that amount of chlorine in my water, as I wasn't testing it as regularly as I was before. However, I assume it was okay since I haven't had any issues with their alkaline water filters before, nor with the previous ones since 2024. So, I opened the last filter immediately and soaked it beyond the required time, and ran it through several times to remove any debris from the filter. To my surprise, the chlorine test levels were still the same. It appears that those two filters were of poor quality and not suitable for me, as high levels of chlorine can be detrimental to one's health. I know this company produces high-quality filters, based on my previous water purity testing, and the first one I used from this pack worked without any issues. That said, I requested two alkaline replacement water filters as soon as possible. Well, the customer service rep, Krystal, who, by the way, provided best-in-class customer service. Responded with a sense of urgency the same day! And asked that I provide proof and pictures of the water and container. I reached out to them on December 19 regarding this issue, and they sent me three alkaline filters, not two, on December 24th. Also, I provided some feedback to them after tweaking and working with the last filter to remove the chlorine, and I’m sure other chemicals as well, as it was not filtering properly. The method did work on that filter, but it took almost 24 hours for it to fill the gallon container, which was a huge inconvenience for me. I had to tweak it again with small pieces of pure cotton balls in the holes under the filter to achieve the right water flow while effectively removing the chlorine, not a long-term strategy though, only temporarily. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for the second filter as that one was defective. Their customer service is stellar! And Krystal was very professional, kind, empathetic, and receptive to positive feedback. She is a keeper!

Great Customer Service.
This alkaline water and Waterdrop filtration system is new to me. Not sure if I got a bad filter or if alkaline water should taste like you are drinking water out of a garden hose. Followed the instructions on preparation of the filter and discarded about a gallon of water before use. I have a waterdrop glass filter pitcher and water taste fine for the first taste test - clean. A day later my daughter complained drinking the water out of her Stanley Cup tasted like water from garden a garden hose. I thought maybe the alkaline water was reacting with the plastic straw that is used to drink out of Stanley cup. Overnight I poured fresh filtered water in a glass cup, plastic cup and a stainless-steel thermos. I tasted the water before the experiment and no garden hose taste. The cups were left overnight without being covering but the thermos had the lid close. The next morning, I tried the water from the plastic and glass cup. Water in the glasses tasted like garden hose water. I tried the water from the closed thermos, and it was much better. Only thing I can think now is it is not plastic chemical leaching into the alkaline water, but the water is oxidizing or something in the filtration process is causing reaction to the air? I have not tested the pH before and after. I have put in the standard filter WD-PF-01A for time being until I have more time to research alkaline water and the Waterdrop filtering system. Update; customer service was concerned about my satisfaction and contacted me to follow up on my experience with Waterdrop product. So far the filter is am using is perfect. No funny taste, just clean water. Impressed with the customer service and product thus far, I bought another pitcher to put inside the fridge.

Works great but don't skip the prep directions
You really need to follow the directions to prep the filter for use, if you don't you'll see charcoal particles in the water. It works great at removing the rust and copper from the water. It makes the water taste so much better from the tap. It has a great water flow, easy to replace and great value for the money.

Far too expensive
Far too pricey. I was looking for a water jug with filters that filters fluoride as well as all other nasties. Came across this system, nice looking jug but it only comes with one filter so I had to purchase further filters But at nearly £50 for 3 filters it’s far too expensive

Falla en filtro
Buenas noches, es la tercera vez que compro este paquete, pero el primer cartucho salió tapado y no filtra, le di una agitada y empezó a escurrir en gotas lentas agua en color negro

Tasty but....redeemed
The amount of charcoal settling on the bottom of my jug is disturbing. Can't seem to stop it I love my waterdrop system but probably won't buy these filters again. I'll stick to the regular ones ***Update**** as usual their customer service was fantastic! Not only refunded me, but sent out new replacement filters. The same ones I usually buy and love! Great service and great company to Deal with!!
