Soy diseñador gráfico, y es pefecto para mi. Lo pedí desde Bogotá-Colombia y llegó en perfecto estado y a tiempo. Si necesitas un PC de alto rendimiento y de bajo costo este es el ideal. No te sirve si lo que quieres es presumir la torre por que no trae luces RGB ni nada de eso.

I purchased the GEEKOM Mini PC GT13 Pro in July 2024 for music recording, video editing, and general productivity work. Unfortunately, the original unit unexpectedly powered off and completely stopped working in October 2024. To GEEKOM’s credit, their customer service was polite and responsive throughout the process. However, getting the first replacement took a very long time and required an extended back-and-forth email process while I was left without a reliable working system. Since I depend on my PC for creative work, the downtime was extremely frustrating and disruptive. Eventually, GEEKOM replaced the failed GT13 Pro with a newer model, the GEEKOM IT12 Mini PC. At the time, I appreciated the support and believed the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, about a year later, the replacement IT12 is now experiencing major issues as well. The PC randomly shuts down without warning, and when it does stay running, performance becomes extremely slow and unstable. I have full antivirus protection installed, completed multiple scans, and confirmed there are no viruses or malware involved. I also followed all troubleshooting steps recommended by GEEKOM support, including: -adjusting processor power management settings, -cleaning the cooling system and fan, -performing hard resets, -checking for software-related causes. Unfortunately, none of these solutions fixed the problem. The biggest issue for me has been reliability. I use this PC for recording music, video editing, plugins, and creative work, so every failure means spending many hours reinstalling software, restoring settings, reconnecting hardware, and rebuilding my workflow environment from scratch. At this point, this is the third major hardware issue I have experienced involving a GEEKOM system or replacement system since my original purchase in 2024. While GEEKOM support has remained professional and is again offering another replacement, I no longer have confidence in the long-term reliability of these particular mini PCs for demanding creative workloads or professional use. If your needs are basic web browsing or office work, your experience may be fine. But if you rely on your computer daily for audio production, rendering, editing, or business-related tasks, reliability and long-term stability should be carefully considered before purchasing. --- Stephen

Easy to hookup, but transfer of files was incomplete. Many files only transferred a numerical title with no content.

Geekom are the best I have found for the Mini. Came with 23H2 and install 24H2 with np problem, My only hope was the two USB 4 gen 3 would also handle USB 3.2x2 (20 GBps) but it did not.
