I'm stripping 50 year old radiators with multiple coats of paint, these are a game changer, the paint is obliterated on the prominent part of the panel in seconds, on the dips the wheel wears naturally to the shape of the bevel on either side and itwhips off the paint with no damage/scratches to the substrate....in fact it polishes it! I estimate on a good angle grinder x 6 faster than a drill with a wire brush....Much less stressful and very satisfying....still only used 1 so far....worth every penny

Amazing for fast stripping of paint off old wooden beams (wear a good quality mask though cause it's dusty dirty work). Stripped paint clean without damaging the beams I was cleaning. They do use up quite fast but no faster than much more expensive single ones from Screwfix do, definitely a cost saver.

Removes Raptor with ease

The finish is terrific, far superior to any other grinding discs / paddle wheels / sanding discs etc. that I have used previously. Although I have only presently used them on commercial vehicle bodywork I can imagine them coming up trump's on a multitude of surfaces. My only concern thus far is longevity. I need to pay as much attention to the strip discs and how I am using them as I do to the final finish of my work. For example if you use them on too much of an angle then the wear of the discs is more significant than keeping the disc flat when in use - easier said than done.

So i am a Double Glazer and one of the banes of my job is to remove sealant from timber or brickwork etc Came across these and thought i would take a chance…so glad i did they strip the silicone away whilst causing no damage to the brick face! Good quality, value for money and i am still on the same disc even though i have used it countless times!

Worked well lasted longer than I thought it would would buy again

I tried to fit the discs to my angle grinder but they were very eccentric - about 3mm offset from centre - so they fouled the guard so badly that the grinder could not rotate, and they vibrated badly when the guard was removed. For safety reasons, I did not want to use them without the guard so I returned them unused to Amazon.
