A must have for ground work!
This was a gift for my equestrian. She loves the fun exercises and having many to choose from. We find the exercises are easy to understand and a great way to do groundwork that not only helps to train your horse but does so in a way that makes it fun for both of you to do together and builds/strengthens your bond.

Good lesson plan book
As a new riding instructor I struggle to come up with new ideas that will challenge my students. This book will tell you how to do the excersise, give you the goal of the excersise, what it is you are working on, give you tips, tell you the difficulty.

Fantastic book for the serious horse person
This book is a must have for anyone wanting to help your horse stretch, find its feet, balance and do groundwork. This book goes into detail as far as what level, how many poles to use and if you can w/t/c. It is very informative for any level rider

A little too basic
It starts off too basic in my opinion, I was hoping for a lot more advanced or interesting exercises. This might be helpful for those who are starting out on their own or have never ridden in 4H or PC before.

Great book with good illustrations used it to teach my students but also if you have a youngster bringing on there on basic exercises right through to advanced for older animals

Je suis débutante coté pole et je trouve que le livre est très bien fait, facile à comprendre (je parle francais mais le livre est seulement en anglais), les exemples sont facilement comprenable. Je débute en travail au sol avec les poles et je trouve ce livre très interessant! Merci
