I bought this over 6 months ago and wanted to time test it to the max. Works even better than expected, easy to use, holds a good amount of water that I feel like I can actually clean things before it runs out, gets ALL the dirt you don’t even know if there. Love that it’s chemical free!

The chemical-free aspect was a major plus (we have pets and allergies). Also, I was cautious about using it on my engineered hardwood flooring, since I’d read steam can damage those surfaces. Overall I think it’s a very good tool for deep-cleaning when used properly, but not a complete substitute for all cleaning tasks (especially for routine surface cleaning or delicate surfaces). It’s best as part of a toolkit rather than your only cleaning method.”

I am absolutely obsessed with this steam cleaner. It can seriously clean any single surface in a matter of seconds and works super well. All of the attachments that comes with are amazing and simple to use. My only complaint is that you can only put so much water inside of the steam cleaner so it takes a while to clean some surfaces. You should also be cautious when removing the cap after steam cleaning as pressure could be built up and you could be injured. Overall, the steam cleaner is amazing and seriously makes cleaning fun again. Attached is a picture of behind the drain in my bathtub that has had buildup for as long as the house has probably been built. Upon moving in, I removed everything in the steam cleaner got them looking spotless in seconds.

So, we purchased this after I had my C-section to try and help eliminate hard scrubbing and help ease any need for hard scrubbing in certain areas that need to be cleaned. First, the cord is an excellent length. I was able to plug it in and get further than I expected while cleaning. The funnel and cup made it super easy to pour the water into the reservoir which was extremely helpful. Unfortunately it had more faults than I would have liked. The water spewed everywhere and while I know water will spray with a steaming cleaner, this went EVERYWHERE and I burned myself several times because of it. The hose that attaches isn’t very functional and doesn’t bend well at all. It’s extremely stiff and difficult to manage. There were also several pieces that I kept having to reinsert to use it. I’m hoping I can at least get a few more uses, even if it’s stubborn and takes me longer than it should, to at least get my money’s worth just because it’s a hassle at the moment to get out with an infant. I was really holding out for this and while I was able to get a few things cleaned, I really wish I could have gotten more bang for my buck!

The steam is strong enough to clean grout lines, tight corners, and areas that are hard to reach with traditional cleaning tools. The attachments are also useful, especially the small brush heads for detail work. The biggest limitation is the tank size. It runs out of water fairly quickly, and once it does, you can’t just refill it immediately. You have to wait for the pressure to fully release before safely opening the cap, and that waiting period really interrupts your progress. You get into a rhythm cleaning, make good progress, and then suddenly have to stop and wait. Because of that, this is much better suited for smaller jobs rather than trying to clean an entire bathroom or large space in one session. It works well for targeted cleaning, but it’s not ideal if you’re planning to do a whole room at once. The unit itself feels solid, and the attachments fit securely. The steam output is effective when it’s running. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do, and it cleans well — just expect to work in shorter sessions due to the tank size and cooldown time between refills.
