Review: Before Embodied became a buzzword, Mark was giving us all the simple tools! He’s the real deal - Fully comprehensive, supportive, actionable steps. I know this book would be invaluable to coaches and facilitators in embodied practices. Also to those laypersons like me, who simply have a keen interest in living a more connected, Embodied and fulfilling life.
