Comes in a plastic bottle containing 120 capsules, which are easy to swallow. It's made in India. I took it for 2 months for general well-being but didn't notice any improvement, so I stopped taking it. It's suitable for vegans and vegetarians. However, those with low iron or ferritin levels should be careful, as polyphenols can inhibit iron absorption.

I bought these grape seed capsules, after finding out their good qualities. Would prefer to eat grapes with seeds, as I did for many years, until they get rid of all these natural stuff with their manipulations with plants! I really don't know what good they've done me, but will keep going till I finish the bottle.
